
Swiss - Direct Entry First Officer A330 (100%, all genders) - Zurich



Responsibilities:
As a pilot, you represent SWISS. Together with the entire crew, you will transport our guests safely and punctually to their destination and assume responsibility for the aircraft, crew, passengers, and cargo on board. Other responsibilities include:
- Operating SWISS aircraft safely and efficiently, ensuring punctuality, economy, and high quality standards for our guests
- Preparing and executing flights according to SWISS specifications
- Working with the crew, ground staff, and air traffic control
- Supporting and representing the Commander in all matters
- Continuously maintaining and deepening professional knowledge, independently
- Acting responsibly and sustainably
Requirements:
To work as a Direct Entry First Officer A330 with SWISS, you must meet the following criteria:
In addition to a completed secondary school diploma (Matura/Abitur), a university entrance qualification (HF), a general university entrance qualification (Ger) or a university of applied sciences entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife), you meet the following requirements:
- ATPL(A), CPL(A)/IR with ATPL(A) theory or MPL license (EASA Part-FCL)
- Advanced UPRT training according to EASA.FCL.745
- Valid A330 Type Rating
- Multi-Engine IR Rating with PBN
- Min. 800 hours of flight experience on type
- Medical Class 1 Certificate
- Completely documented flight record (logbook extract, license, etc.)
- Swiss citizenship or EU-27/EFTA passport
- Very good German language skills (at least B2 level, if German is not a native/daily language) and good English skills (at least ICAO Level 4)
- Impeccable reputation
- Willingness to be vaccinated with vaccines approved in Switzerland (including COVID-19, yellow fever, etc.)
- Height: 160-198 cm
- Maximum age: 56 years based on the collective agreement
