In this point recruiter wants to know if there were any issues with your previous employer and what are the motives to change your career orientation. The salary would also be not a great reason, as well as any conflicts or even more - firing. If your current employer is lowering the size - be prepared to brief it. If you were fired - be ready to give a solid reason. Never try to discuss any drama or negative talks about your current or past employer. Always be positive and concentrate better on the developing your career or your personality.
