If you are a graduated student and maybe there is nothing that could tie you up to a particular location and if you are up to the challenge, check this example answer:

“I am very excited about such opportunity and I feel that I could benefit the company in this role. I am looking forward to relocate to ( city/country offered) and to become a part of a big team”.
If you are willing to relocate, but in this moment you have your studies and you have to be present in the university often, or if there is any important reason why you would need to stay in your home country/town, you could have a look at this example answer:

“I am very passionate about this job, and definitely in the future I would look forward to relocation, but in this moment I have my last year of Master degree to accomplish. I have already asked about the possibility of a distance learning, however I would need to be often present to meet with a professor regarding my final work”.

First of all, you would need to consider this question beforehand, so you could answer “yes” or “no” accompanied with the solid reasons for your answer.
First of all you should remember, that airlines always look for flexible employees that could adapt to any circumstances. However, on the other hand, if you are applying to an airline that has many bases and one of such is at your home town/ country or just next to it, you could ask for availability for the base in this particular city.
