What do you expect from your manager (cabin manager)?

In my opinion, manager is the leader of his team. I would expect him to be able to organize the team and distribute the duties among everybody. Also, I see a manager as a good listener and advisor that could offer his guidance and help if needed. Manager has to be a good communicator and to be able to resolve issues with ease
