Tell me about a time you misjudged a person?

I try not to judge people. I understand that everybody is from different countries, have different religions, of different cultures. Personally me, I am surrounded with the multicultural environment, as I have friends from multiple countries, and I can definitely say that all of them are different. What I do myself, I try to understand the person, I try to put myself in their situation and maybe just give an advice if they need it

Why this question is asked during the interview?
This question is asked to understand if you are good in communications, as obviously, you will work in the team, and even more, with different people every day. In case you had such experience, you would need to clearly explain what happened and how you resolved this issue in positive manner.
