Tell me about a time when you helped your co-worker?

I had a lot of situation when I had to help a colleague of mine. When I see that somebody is loaded with work, and I finished my duties, I always try to help as much as I can. Also, if there is new colleague, that is very stressed and not very confident, I try to talk to her, to give some tips and advises.
