Tell me about a time you resolved a conflict.

Interview answer

I will tell a story, that happened to me at my previous job. A customer called, complaining that during last two weeks nobody replied to her query regarding the product she bought previously.
When I started to investigate why such situation happened, I found out that in the database was the old phone number and not valid email address of the customer, that she was never checking.
I apologised to a customer and explained what was a reason. I have updated the new contacts in the system as well.
The lady was very satisfied with my customer service and even wrote a positive review
