What do you find the most difficult about working in a team?

Personally me, I enjoy working in a team and I get along with people easily. I think to work in a team is a big advantage, as everybody will give their point of view or different ways to resolve an issue. I believe that each member of the team is important and will contribute different perspectives and creative ideas
