To work as a Cabin Crew Member, you should meet the following criteria:

• Swiss or EU passport
• Minimum age: 18 years at the start of training, no upper age limit
• Minimum height: 155 cm
• Completed three-year vocational apprenticeship or higher school qualification (e.g., Matura)
• Fluent in German and English; other languages ​​are an advantage
• Swimming skills
• Dedicated personality with willingness to work irregular hours
• Good health and resilience
• Well-groomed appearance. Tattoos on the face, ears, and large areas of the hands are not permitted.
• Willingness to be vaccinated with vaccines approved in Switzerland (including COVID-19 and yellow fever).
• Completed basic military training, if required for service.
• Ensure travel to Zurich Airport within 75 minutes if on reserve duty.
• Courses: ongoing from summer 2025.
